Product Description Important Information!（Please read carefully） When removing the nozzle from the zerk fitting, please follow these steps carefully:
1. Start by loosening the hose or nozzle slightly to release the pressure inside. 2. Gently pull the nozzle up and down to remove it from the zerk fitting without fully unscrewing it. This will prevent the need for reassembly. The tight grip of the coupler on the zerk fitting is due to the pressure inside the grease gun, ensuring no leakage and smooth grease pumping. Releasing the pressure will allow you to easily disconnect it from the fitting. Our grease gun is equipped with a quick-release coupler, simply press the handles on both sides to detach it effortlessly. IMPORTANT INFORMATION! Here are two suggestions for troubleshooting when grease is not being pumped out:
1. Press the air bleeder valve to release any trapped air. 2. Unscrew the coupler half a turn. Please remember to release the air from the tube. The air-release valve allows any air to escape once new grease has been added and pumped into the gun head. Just press the valve to lubricate with ease. Inside the grease barrel, we have included a 2nd generation spring that is more powerful and thicker than a regular spring, ensuring strong pressure on the plunger at all times. A strong spring is a key feature of a well-built grease gun. The reinforced steel barrel not only gives the grease gun a powerful and glossy appearance but also provides durability. The rubber handle offers a comfortable grip for extended use. The heavy-duty plunger helps to pump grease quickly and efficiently. Tip: Store your grease cartridge cap size down to prevent air bubbles. When tightening, go back half a turn to release any trapped air. Press the safety lock and push the T-handle to the end. If grease is not pumping properly, unscrew the head half a turn or more, release the air through the bleeder valve, and repeat the process 1-3 times for successful pumping.
